As you would expect, a comprehensive range of services has been developed at Neptune-Fairtex Dive-Sport Center to help our customers in any way we can. Below you will find a brief description of each service and the contact E-mail address / telephone numbers to find out more. Cylinder filling station The cylinder filling station is able to fill cylinders during general opening hours. Air, Clean Air, Nitrox and Trimix blends can be produced to a maximum pressure of 300 bar. Please note that Nitrox /Trimix will only be provided to customers who give evidence of their Nitrox/Trimix qualifications. When presenting your cylinder for filling, ensure that it is in test, good condition and displaying the appropriate markings. Up-to-date rental equipment Our rental equipment (Seaman Sub, Scubapro, Aqualung, Suunto, OMS) is all up-to-date and is maintained by our own equipment technicians. Cylinders are 3/12/15 liters, and are filled only by our fully trained staff. Diving Access to Pattaya/Sammae-San dive sites is available to all registered divers every day, except 1 January and Thai new year (19 April ). All diving projects other than instruction and general sport diving must be declared and agreed with the duty Divemaster. The Instructors work as a team and any small problem that may arise during the course will be well taken care of. Neptune Dive Center has earned a great reputation within the area for their honesty in trading and would not compromise safety for any reason. Good food We cater European and Thai food for the diver with filling meals included in your trip. Soft drinks are free on a help yourself basis and there are alcoholic drinks available on repayment for NON divers. Small dive groups All groups are up to a maximum of 5 people are led by a qualified Divemaster/Instructor. If, however, you wish to dive with another qualified diver, the staff will be happy to give you a thorough dive briefing about the dive site and will advise you on your dive plan. Technical services If it's broken or needs servicing, then this is for you !. Our technicians era amongst the most qualified and experienced in Pattaya, Thailand. Our technicians are on hand to deal with all your requirements and wherever possible we will repair or rectify any problem while you wait.
